HR Associate – Talent Selection & Management

About the role

We are looking for an HR Associate who will drive talent selection and management initiatives, ensuring the right candidates are hired efficiently and cost‑effectively. The role blends recruitment, employer branding, and content creation to support our growing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes, including interviews, assessment tests and background verification.
• Implement talent acquisition strategies across multiple channels such as employee referrals, internal promotions, job boards, social media, agency partners, campus recruiting and job fairs.
• Create and publish engaging employer‑branding content that showcases company culture, values and employee experiences.
• Support multimedia production for recruitment campaigns, including photography, videography and basic editing.
• Manage pre‑employment documentation and ensure compliance with filing requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to align hiring needs with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, marketing or employer branding.
• Experience building partnerships with educational institutions is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Jobstreet).
• Competence in multimedia tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut.
• Advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, talent mapping and social‑media recruiting.
