About the role
The HR Associate – Contracts Management provides assistance in delivering high‑quality HR services to internal clients, focusing on onboarding, contract administration, and expatriate management. The role supports the Global Shared Services Team Lead and contributes to the development and implementation of HR policies and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver HR services such as onboarding, contract preparation, and expat assignment support.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR documentation in line with SMEC templates.
- Optimize use of current HR systems and support technology upgrades and process improvements.
- Review insurance requirements for international employees and advise on discrepancies.
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits and issue resolution.
- Provide ad‑hoc HR reporting and support to the Corporate HR team as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a Shared Services environment.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Effective time‑management and organizational abilities.
