Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Shangri-La Mactan, a 5‑star resort in Cebu, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead its housekeeping team. You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service that guests expect from a luxury property.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support the Service Manager in maintaining overall service quality.
• Supervise team performance, process flow, and adherence to standards.
• Maintain and clean guest rooms, replenish supplies and amenities.
• Maintain and clean bathrooms, restocking bathroom amenities.
• Arrange guest belongings and ensure rooms are tidy.
• Maintain cleanliness of hotel corridors and public areas.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the Engineering Department.
• Interact professionally with guests and assist when needed.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and proud to be a hotelier.
• Enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent guest service.
• Fully understands room operations and housekeeping processes.
• Fluent in English (and local language).
• Detail‑focused, guest‑oriented and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solver with a can‑do attitude and enjoys challenges.
