About the role
The Hotel Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service at the front desk, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, and handling guest inquiries. This role creates a positive first impression and maintains a welcoming atmosphere throughout the guest’s stay.
Key responsibilities
- Provide front‑desk guest service, including check‑in and check‑out.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional front‑desk environment.
- Support smooth daily operations of the front desk.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience, preferably in customer service or front‑desk operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
