Head of Operations

About the role

The Medical City Clark is seeking a senior leader to direct all hospital operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Operations will drive operational excellence, improve patient experience, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality, increase revenue, and meet organizational objectives.
• Lead initiatives that boost patient satisfaction and engagement.
• Oversee quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with JCI, DOH and other regulations.
• Create short‑ and long‑term business plans, define KPIs and optimise resource allocation.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, managing change and supporting smooth organisational transitions.

Required profile

• Degree in any clinical specialty or a postgraduate qualification in healthcare administration.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within a healthcare services environment.
