Head of Commercial – FMCG & Beauty (Hybrid)

About the role

The Head of Commercial for the Beauty business unit will drive overall performance, revenue growth and profitability across e‑commerce channels. Reporting to the Country Head, this leader will shape strategy, optimise operations and build strong brand and platform partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end commercial performance of the Beauty unit, setting clear KPIs and delivering growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans that integrate marketing, sales and operational initiatives.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting and profitability analysis for the unit.
• Coach, mentor and develop a team of brand managers and store operators.
• Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Negotiate annual agreements with brands and marketplace partners.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitive insights to identify new e‑commerce opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in e‑commerce, commercial or category management.
• Proven track record of building and scaling brands in online environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of beauty industry trends and consumer behaviour.
