Google Workspace Administrator – Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) – Graveyard Shift

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Google Workspace Administrator to join our 24x7 operations team. The role works on a hybrid schedule, with 2–3 days per week onsite at the Mall of Asia Business Complex, and follows a graveyard shift aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support for Google Workspace services, handling tickets and incidents as needed.
• Implement platform‑wide configuration changes, app deployments, and feature governance.
• Manage Organizational Units (OUs), feature‑level controls, and service enablement/disablement at tenant, OU, and group levels.
• Configure and maintain Google Admin Console, Drive permissions, Vault, and license management.
• Resolve tickets involving tasks such as enabling/disabling Gemini, turning off Google Vids, and creating target audiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing enterprise Google Workspace changes.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with platform‑wide configuration, app deployments, and feature governance.
• Proven ability to work independently during night‑time hours and collaborate with global teams.
