Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Technical Lead who thrives at the intersection of hands‑on engineering and team leadership. In this role you will write code, conduct code reviews, and make day‑to‑day technical decisions while guiding a development squad within our Supply Chain tech team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive digital transformation by designing and delivering innovative, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Head of Engineering, Head of Product and other stakeholders to define product road‑maps and release timelines.
• Lead one or more development squads, providing technical guidance, mentorship and direction.
• Champion innovative ideas, ensure backlog items are well‑defined and sprint‑ready, and uphold code quality standards.
• Participate actively in designing and building complex systems and architectures.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in English and ability to engage cross‑functional teams.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of growing engineering teams.
• Experience with complex, service‑oriented architectures and open API standards.
• Familiarity with supply‑chain domain concepts is a plus.

Required skills

• Backend OOP languages: Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala (or similar).
• Frontend technologies: React, Typescript, Javascript.
• Relational databases: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• GitOps tools: ArgoCD, Kubestack (or similar).
• CI/CD platforms: CircleCI, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.
