About the role
We are looking for a proactive General Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our US‑based clients from a remote home office. The role combines customer service, administrative tasks, basic marketing, and continuous‑process improvement to help drive business success.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent client support via phone, email and written communication, handling inbound/outbound calls and follow‑ups.
- Perform core administrative duties such as accounts receivable/payable, work order processing, lease renewals, compliance notices and document preparation.
- Manage inboxes, calendars, files and other organizational tools with high accuracy.
- Assist with basic marketing initiatives, including scheduling social‑media posts, sourcing content and monitoring engagement.
- Follow client‑specific Standard Operating Procedures, stay updated on procedural changes and ensure alignment with company quality standards.
- Provide regular data updates, reports and coordinate with leadership and other departments.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with a clear, neutral American accent.
- Willingness to undergo background checking and work graveyard shifts to serve US clients.
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, dedicated home office.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) with backup and stable electricity with power backup.
- Professional, reliable and passionate about helping clients succeed.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows 10 (or higher) and macOS Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, or Tahoe.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware meeting the minimum specifications: 8 GB–16 GB RAM, Intel Core i5 8th gen or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent).
