Finance Project Controller

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance Project Controller to lead financial monitoring, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for projects in Metro Manila. The role supports project teams to ensure financial efficiency, compliance and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, costs and overall financial performance.
• Prepare financial forecasts, variance analyses and regular project reports.
• Coordinate with project managers and finance teams on budget utilization.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Track project billing, expenses and cash flow.
• Assist in financial planning and resource allocation.
• Support audits and maintain required financial documentation.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project finance, controlling or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.
• Preferred experience in construction, engineering or project‑based industries.
• CPA qualification is an advantage but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial reporting tools.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.
