Enterprise Labeling Analyst

About the role

The Enterprise Labeling Analyst will work from 3M's Global Service Center in the Philippines, supporting label creation and modification across manufacturing and distribution sites. You will coordinate label design, ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies, and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expertise in label design processes, procedures, policies, and systems used at 3M sites.
• Execute and coordinate label design and implementation tasks across SAP, MES, DMT, ELC and related platforms.
• Process label requests through established workflows using ITSM, Blue, SharePoint, and GMCE.
• Validate incoming data, create new templates when needed, and conduct test prints with plant teams.
• Assign task owners and approvers, monitor SLA targets, and maintain accurate request status in dashboards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, Legal, R&D, Quality and other functions.
• Identify and drive improvements in data quality, process efficiency, and cycle time.
• Escalate issues, ensure compliance with national and international marking regulations, and follow ISO/QMS standards.
• Work with system administrators on enhancements and support for Loftware, PLM, MICAW, Power BI and other tools.

Required profile

• Experience or familiarity with label creation and modification processes in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Ability to work within defined SLA targets and follow documented procedures.
• Understanding of national and international marking requirements and corporate packaging policies.
• Commitment to ethical principles, safety culture, and quality management standards.
