About the role
Marco Polo Plaza Cebu is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure every guest experience reflects the brand’s commitment to genuine hospitality, integrity, and service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support operational teams to guarantee seamless daily hotel operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by promptly addressing concerns and special requests.
- Uphold the highest standards of service, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Handle operational and guest‑related situations with confidence, care, and sound judgment.

Required profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of hotel operations experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Guest‑focused, detail‑oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
