Director, Services Business Development

About the role

Mastercard Advisors is seeking a Director of Services Business Development to lead sales and opportunity generation for its payments‑focused consulting practice. The role will work closely with regional and global clients, shaping strategies that drive a world beyond cash while contributing to the firm’s revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop insightful analysis and client propositions that create measurable value.
• Design and present operating models, strategies, and recommendations using both quantitative and qualitative techniques.
• Lead small to medium engagements, managing project staffing, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with client executives and act as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Mastercard Advisors and local market teams to support client relationship management and business development initiatives.
• Continuously acquire new knowledge and contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital.

Required profile

• Proven consulting experience with a strong track record in sales management.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing high‑quality reports and presentations.
• Demonstrated capability to manage projects and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Experience engaging with mid‑ to senior‑level client stakeholders.
