About the role

The Digital Content & Monetization Specialist is responsible for turning digital content into revenue. You will create, distribute, and optimise content across TikTok, Meta and other platforms, integrating purchase links and affiliate tools to drive sales while continuously analysing performance.

Key responsibilities

Implement monetisation strategies for TikTok and repurpose videos for Meta, Shopify, LTK and other e‑commerce platforms.
Integrate purchase links using ManyChat, Linktree, Bitly and UTM parameters; track and optimise campaigns to increase sales volume.
Manage content output, ensuring brand consistency while scaling production.
Grow audience engagement on Facebook/Instagram through data‑driven insights.
Monitor KPIs, conversions and ROI across all channels and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of TikTok, Facebook and Instagram ecosystems.
Proven ability to repurpose video content and optimise it for sales.
