About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, tax, bank reconciliation, billing, and reinsurance accounting.
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead financial audits and support risk and governance initiatives.
• Analyse operational costs and drive financial efficiency improvements.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement finance policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Experience with audits, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
• Ability to manage a hybrid work setup based in Manila.
