Cybersecurity Incident Response Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Cybersecurity Incident Response Manager to lead our Incident Response, Investigation and Threat Intelligence/Hunting teams. The role will shape strategy, oversee monitoring and ensure rapid, effective response to security alerts, protecting the organization’s assets.

Key responsibilities

• Direct incident response activities, including investigations, containment, and emergency response planning.
• Recruit, train, mentor and supervise cybersecurity professionals.
• Manage SOC tools, surveillance systems, SIEM/XDR platforms and automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures and playbooks.
• Continuously monitor emerging cyber threats and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with 2–3 years in a leadership or management role within a SOC or incident response function.
• Proven track record of managing major security incidents end‑to‑end.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GCIA, CySA+, CASP+, ITIL Foundation.
