About the role

You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through phone, email, and chat. The role requires prompt, accurate resolution of complaints and the provision of product and service information. You will work closely with team members to continuously improve customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic and customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
