CRM Campaign Journey Designer

About the role

The CRM Campaign Journey Designer will create and manage customer journeys and marketing automations that support the bank’s relationship marketing strategy. This role works closely with multiple business units to ensure campaigns drive engagement, conversions, and revenue while aligning with overall marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, design, and execute lead‑nurturing campaigns and automated customer journeys.
• Utilize existing marketing platforms to streamline campaign execution and improve workflow efficiency.
• Monitor the health of automated journeys and maintain their performance.
• Develop standards and procedures for managing campaign automations.
• Maximize use of platform capabilities and recommend optimizations to improve effectiveness.
• Stay current with marketing automation trends and best practices.
• Partner with IT, project management, and technical teams to enhance marketing systems.
• Manage assigned projects related to journey design and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, mathematics, information technology or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, CRM, analytics, or project management.
• Proven experience setting up and configuring marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and automation best practices.
