Cost Controller – Shared Service Center

About the role
As a Cost Controller you will join the Shared Service Center (SSC) Controlling team at Nexperia. The team of eight professionals, split between the Netherlands and the Philippines, provides cost controlling and financial business partnering for 21 global SSC organisations with an annual spend exceeding $0.4 billion.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cost controlling for multiple SSC organisations such as HR, IT, Finance, Facility Management and others.
- Support Finance Business Partners with ad‑hoc financial analysis and requests.
- Deliver accurate monthly and ad‑hoc cost reports on time.
- Prepare short‑term and long‑term cost forecasts based on business input.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in a finance function of an international company, Big Four, or consulting environment.
- Strong teamwork orientation and independent work style.
- Analytical, accuracy‑driven mindset with proactive problem‑solving attitude.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP Business Warehouse.
