Branch Head – Magdalena Laguna

About the role

The Branch Head will lead the Magdalena Laguna branch of BDO Unibank, overseeing profitability, marketing, operations and administration. This senior position focuses on building long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients while ensuring the branch meets its financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and promote appropriate bank products and services to achieve fund generation, credit services and profitability goals.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
• Oversee day‑to‑day branch servicing, including over‑the‑counter transactions and ATM operations.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to drive branch growth.

Required profile

• Graduate of a four‑year degree program.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in branch operations and marketing.
• Excellent managerial abilities and proven leadership skills.
• Willingness to relocate within the covered area as needed.
