Cost Control & Planning Supervisor – Sail Residences

About the role

The Cost Control and Planning Supervisor will safeguard the financial health of construction projects at Sail Residences. Reporting to the Project Team, you will prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide actionable cost insights to ensure projects stay on track.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed baseline budgets, quantity take‑offs and cost estimates from project drawings.
• Supervise senior and junior engineers on‑site, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Materials (BOM) and Terms of Reference for project awards.
• Track actual costs against approved budgets and generate regular cost reports.
• Manage contractor billing, validate calculation sheets and reconcile documents.
• Monitor change orders, evaluate claims and extensions of time.
• Prepare budget transfer requests and supplemental budget proposals.
• Assist in compiling consolidated cost monitoring reports and support contract administration activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
• Valid PRC license or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost monitoring or change‑order management.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site at Sail Residences.
