About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Architect to lead the development and planning of Lawson convenience store projects. The role involves overseeing design, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with multiple departments to deliver successful retail constructions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and plan new Lawson convenience store locations.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings and specifications for feasibility, material alternatives, and cost implications.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and legal requirements.
• Assist in managing the portfolio of stores under construction or improvement.
• Provide on‑site solutions during construction and approve job requests.
• Prepare all necessary documentation for permit applications.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet specific planning and design requirements.

Required profile

• Licensed architect with experience in retail or commercial projects.
