Contract Manager – Industrial Plant Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our site‑based team in Tarlac City, Philippines. The role will support the construction of a major industrial plant for a global beverage brand, with an initial project duration of 12‑14 months and the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract correspondence, variations, and claims.
• Oversee contractors and work directly with the Construction Manager.
• Monitor project progress and critical path performance.
• Support delay analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with the Construction Manager and discipline leads to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract management within construction or industrial projects.
• Ability to work onsite in Tarlac City and collaborate with an international team.
• Strong analytical skills for delay analysis and claim handling.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with contractors and internal stakeholders.
