Company Nurse

About the role

The Company Nurse will lead the on‑site health clinic, providing medical care, health education, and wellness promotion for employees. This role combines clinical duties with basic HR support to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinic consultations, first‑aid treatment, and dispense medicines for common ailments.
• Provide health counseling, education, and administer vaccinations as needed.
• Promote wellness initiatives and circulate weekly/monthly health alerts.
• Verify medical and fitness‑to‑work certificates and assist with HMO enrollment, deletions, and utilization.
• Maintain clinic inventory, replenish medicines, and plan health programs.
• Process pre‑employment physical examinations.
• Document absence, tardiness, sick‑leave validation, and prepare PPE‑related reports.
• Support general office tasks and coordinate company events.

Required profile

• Graduate of BS Nursing with a current PRC license.
• Experience as a company or occupational health nurse.
• Good moral character and ability to work rotating shifts and holidays.
• Ready to start immediately.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• BOSH certification (advantage).
• Proficiency in using computers and web applications.

What we offer
