Community Manager – Social Media & Instagram Broadcast

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to drive engagement across our brand’s social channels, with a special focus on Instagram Broadcast Channels and emerging trends on TikTok. The role blends real‑time monitoring, witty copywriting, and close collaboration with content strategists to ensure every interaction reflects the brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily trends, viral posts and brand‑relevant content on TikTok, Instagram and other platforms.
• Write witty, on‑brand comments and replies to creator content, trends and brand collaborations.
• Collaborate with Content Strategists to align comments with overall brand messaging.
• Track engagement metrics, comment sentiment and performance of community‑driven campaigns.
• Manage day‑to‑day content and interaction for Instagram Broadcast Channels, developing a distinct broadcast voice for each brand.
• Curate and post updates, sneak peeks and creator‑generated content to keep audiences engaged.
• Monitor audience reactions and adjust strategies to improve channel retention and participation.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in social media management, content creation or community engagement.
• Strong short‑form copywriting skills with a knack for witty, brand‑appropriate language.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and current viral internet culture.
• Ability to switch between different brand tones across multiple accounts.
• Comfortable with fast turnarounds and reactive content creation, preferably with agency experience.
