Community Manager – Remote (Manila-based)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Community Manager to join our social media team. The role focuses on growing and nurturing our brands’ online communities, engaging followers, and ensuring a healthy digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and engage brand followers across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Viber and Telegram, maintaining brand voice.
• Own social media pages, deliver content, and respond to issues with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate regularly with Accounts, Social Media and Brand teams and build strong client relationships.
• Conduct social listening, trend spotting and generate analytical reports for stakeholders.
• Audit client and competitor online assets to identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide strategic recommendations for acquisition, engagement, loyalty and advocacy, and suggest platform‑specific content plans.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience in social media management.
• Based in Manila with the right to work in the Philippines.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and follow a five‑day workweek with a non‑traditional weekend.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Viber and Telegram.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprinklr or Hootsuite.
