Senior Marketing Manager (Recruitment)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager with deep recruitment‑marketing experience to lead candidate‑attraction campaigns for a fast‑growing Australian recruitment agency. This fully remote position works 40 hours per week (9 am‑5:30 pm AEST) and reports to the client’s talent acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel recruitment marketing campaigns (digital ads, social media, email, AI‑enabled tools).
• Create compelling job ads, whitepapers, blog posts and other content that engages talent.
• Manage social media presence across LinkedIn and other platforms to build employer brand.
• Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet hiring targets.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or service‑business marketing leadership.
• 2+ years of experience producing white‑paper articles for the recruitment sector.
• Proven track record working with recruitment agencies or talent acquisition teams.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to produce clear, engaging content.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
