Community Manager for Trading & Crypto Prop Firm

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Community Manager with solid experience in trading, futures, crypto or prop‑firm environments. You will be the main point of contact between our prop‑firm and its trader community, fostering a vibrant, professional atmosphere on Discord and Telegram.

Key responsibilities

• Moderate and engage daily on Discord and Telegram channels.
• Publish announcements, payout notifications, competition updates and firm news.
• Answer trader inquiries about rules, evaluations, platforms, payouts and firm structure.
• Organise trading competitions, giveaways, challenges, leaderboards and live events.
• Enforce community guidelines, removing spam, toxicity, scams or disruptive behaviour.
• Relay trader feedback to support staff and leadership.
• Help shape brand culture and trader identity for the prop firm.
• Identify and outreach to influential traders, affiliates and community leaders for partnerships.

Required profile

• Moderate understanding of futures, crypto, forex or prop‑firm trading ecosystems.
• Previous experience managing Discord and/or Telegram communities.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both beginner and advanced traders.
• Comfortable handling fast‑paced online communities and trader psychology.
• Experience with community growth strategies is a plus.
