Communication Specialist

About the role

The Communication Specialist will support the preparation of the Feasibility Study (FS) Report by handling documentation, formatting, and data management tasks. You will work closely with engineers, planners, and other specialists to ensure the report is accurate, well‑structured, and ready for internal review and submission.

Key responsibilities

• Encode technical inputs, narrative text, tables, and quantitative data for all FS Report chapters, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Transcribe handwritten notes, survey outputs, and scanned materials into structured digital formats.
• Format the FS document using approved templates, inserting figures, photos, tables, charts, and appendices while maintaining consistency in fonts, spacing, numbering, and cross‑referencing.
• Prepare draft and final versions of the FS Report for internal review and submission.
• Organize digital files, folders, and document versions to maintain proper document control and updated records of inputs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to clarify unclear inputs, consolidate reviewer comments, and incorporate revisions.
• Provide administrative support during meetings, workshops, and report finalisation sessions.
