Clinical Research Associate

About the role

The Clinical Research Associate will support the execution of clinical studies by ensuring high‑quality data collection, entry, and reporting. Working night shifts, the role bridges the local Cebu team with the headquarters in Los Angeles, providing critical data oversight for US‑based projects.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret study data, generate reports, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Verify data quality for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and validity.
• Compile and analyze data using both modern and traditional collection methods.
• Ensure data entry complies with regulatory guidelines and internal standards.
• Assist in audits and reviews to maintain data integrity.
• Maintain organized electronic files for all medical‑related documentation.
• Address discrepancies identified by staff or external reviewers.
• Transcribe source documents and monitor patient data, including medical records and lab reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting (e.g., nursing, physiotherapy, medical technology, pharmacy).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written/oral English communication.
• Proven leadership in delegating tasks, performance management, and quality assurance.
• Experience working with US/UK/AU clients, preferably US.
