Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Construction Industry

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will lead all financial and accounting functions for a construction company based in Taguig City. This senior position is responsible for shaping financial strategy, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with construction project needs.
• Advise the CEO and executive team on financial planning, profitability, and long‑term growth opportunities.
• Lead capital planning, funding strategies, and financial modeling for new projects.
• Oversee job costing, cost control, and project budget monitoring.
• Prepare financial statements, cash‑flow forecasts, and management reports in compliance with industry regulations.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and produce reliable revenue and expense forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, billing cycles, collections, and relationships with banks and bonding companies.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to contracts, project delays, and cost escalations.
• Supervise Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.

Required profile
