Business Reporting Analyst – Excel & PowerPoint (Remote)

About the role

This position supports the creation and validation of business documents by working closely with AI‑driven tools. You will use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word to generate, review and improve deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI systems to execute business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Evaluate AI‑generated deliverables and provide structured feedback.
• Design and test realistic business scenarios for multiple functional areas.
• Review outputs for accuracy, clarity and professional standards.
• Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to cross‑functional teams.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to continuous AI system improvement.
• Ensure high‑quality, structured, and professional business documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing or operations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail with the capacity to give clear, constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
