Business Development Executive

About the role

As a Business Development Executive you will drive the growth of our merchant network by identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new restaurant partners to the Eatigo platform. Reporting to the Country Lead, you will be a core member of the Sales & Business Development team, working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research the market and generate leads through cold calls, email campaigns, referrals and partnerships.
• Present the value proposition of Eatigo’s yield‑management services to prospective restaurant partners.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing and fees, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact during onboarding and beyond.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales operations to guarantee partner satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the acquisition process.

Required profile

• Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or merchant acquisition, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
