About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to join our client, a strategic consultancy provider, on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on generating new IT sales opportunities and closing deals with senior decision‑makers in the US, UK and EU markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and engage corporate decision‑makers (Director level and above) across target regions.
  • Manage the full 360° sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using Pipedrive CRM and track activities accurately.
  • Conduct compelling sales pitches, product demos and follow‑up communications.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead sourcing and qualification.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3‑4 years of experience selling IT solutions to the US, UK or EU markets.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Stable career history with a focus on new‑business acquisition.
