Business Consultant – Business Audit Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant to conduct a comprehensive business audit and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance operations, workflows, and overall performance. This project‑based engagement can be performed by an independent consultant or a consulting firm with a proven track record.

Key responsibilities

• Audit current business operations, workflows, and internal processes.
• Review organisational structure, communication flow and operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Analyse team productivity, systems, SOPs and reporting structures.
• Recommend scalable operational strategies and workflow enhancements.
• Produce detailed audit reports and improvement road‑maps.
• Collaborate with management and department leads to gather insights.
• Evaluate existing tools, systems and process automations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Consultant, Operations Consultant or Business Audit Specialist.
• Strong background in process improvement and workflow optimisation.
• Track record of conducting operational audits for startups, agencies or growing businesses.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of recruitment workflow automation.
• Familiarity with process automation tools.
