Brand & Marketing Manager – Food Service

About the role

The Brand & Marketing Manager will shape and communicate the brand story for our food service division, creating memorable customer experiences that drive loyalty and sales. Working closely with research, content, social and design teams, you will ensure consistent brand alignment across all marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse data to identify trends and insights.
• Advise cross‑functional teams on branding strategy and ensure brand consistency.
• Manage branding projects from concept through execution, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee budgets that support branding initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with company stakeholders and external partners.
• Design and implement promotional activities, events and campaigns for food service products.
• Gather and analyse campaign performance data, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Plan budgets, evaluate campaign expenditures and forecast potential sales.
• Formulate competitive pricing strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimise them for better results.

Required profile

• At least 3‑5 years of experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager.
