About the role
The Bank Teller (Customer Service Associate) will serve clients at a Pasig branch, delivering fast, accurate and courteous banking services. This entry‑level position supports the bank’s commitment to service excellence and offers exposure to a range of financial transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Process over‑the‑counter transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashments, payments and other miscellaneous services.
- Assist with UNIPRO activities including scanning and filing of signature cards and other bank documents.
- Review check transactions and verify the authenticity of notes received.
- Cross‑sell existing branch products and refer clients with additional banking needs.
- Provide a “WOW” customer experience for every client interaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably business‑related.
- No prior work experience required; customer‑service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High initiative, innovation and ability to work with diverse socio‑economic groups.
- Willingness to be assigned and rotated to any branch within Pasig.
