Associate Account Manager

About the role

OpenTable is seeking an Associate Account Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between its technology platform and restaurant partners in the Central Queue segment. You will work remotely from Manila, using phone, email and webinars to drive engagement, increase reservation availability and reduce churn.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of the most valuable restaurant customer segment.
• Resolve daily customer cases and tasks, turning data into actionable insights.
• Conduct remote presentations and training sessions for restaurant partners.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and field teams to address partner concerns.
• Inspire partners to adopt new features and best practices, consistently meeting team and individual goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an account manager or customer success professional.
• Strong consultative selling and solution‑focused mindset.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality dynamics.
• Self‑motivated, able to thrive under pressure and meet bold targets.
