Assistant Store Manager – Retail (Mactan Airport, Cebu)

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in leading a fashion retail team, driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience at the Mactan Airport location.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze performance data, adjusting tactics to ensure commercial success.
• Oversee all retail operations within the fashion store environment.
• Model excellent customer service and ensure the team meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Train team members on brand product knowledge and customer service standards.
• Coordinate execution of visual merchandising and in‑store communication standards.
• Ensure efficient inventory processing and seamless stock‑to‑floor flow.
• Share best practices to improve overall store performance.

Required profile

• Proven retail sales background with a track record of leading teams to meet budgeted sales.
• Motivated, energetic and passionate about achieving results.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
