About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior eCommerce Copywriter to lead the creation of high‑performing product content for major retail platforms such as Amazon and Walmart. The role blends hands‑on writing with strategic oversight, ensuring copy is optimized for SEO, retail search algorithms, and AI‑driven discovery.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, conversion‑focused product titles, bullet points and descriptions for product detail pages.
• Optimize content for SEO, marketplace algorithms and AI‑driven search experiences.
• Conduct keyword and search‑intent research and integrate findings into copy.
• Structure content to answer customer questions and support conversational search.
• Review, edit and approve copy from internal and offshore teams, maintaining brand consistency.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve team output.
• Collaborate with design and workflow tools to deliver cohesive content.
• Continuously refine copy based on performance data and platform trends.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of professional copywriting experience with a strong focus on eCommerce.
• Proven track record writing for Amazon, Walmart or similar retail platforms.
• Experience working in AI‑driven search environments.
• Ability to manage high‑volume content without sacrificing quality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce brand standards at scale.
