About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Collections Department. You will provide essential clerical support, ensuring smooth collection processes and accurate record‑keeping. This position offers a stable office environment with standard working hours.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the collections team.
- Prepare and send collection letters and statements.
- Maintain and update customer account information.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding outstanding payments.
- Track and report on collection statuses and outstanding accounts.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the collections team.
- Prepare documentation for payment arrangements.
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve account issues.
- File, scan, and organize documents accurately.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in collections or finance is a plus.
