Accounts Payable & Property Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Accounts Payable & Property Maintenance Coordinator to support our accounting and property management functions. The role combines financial processing with tenant‑focused maintenance coordination, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately using QuickBooks Desktop.
• Maintain accounts payable records, reconcile statements, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Enter financial data and assist with expense tracking and reporting.
• Answer tenant calls regarding maintenance issues, create and track work orders.
• Coordinate repairs with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and tenant communications.
• Update spreadsheets and property records in Microsoft Excel.
• Provide general administrative support and communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and team members.

Required profile

• Experience in accounts payable and familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable handling both financial and maintenance tasks.
