Accounting Assistant – Onsite in Taguig

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our finance team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The role provides essential support in daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Encode and update accounting data and related documents.
• Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Support accounts payable and receivable workflows.
• Help with bank reconciliations and other routine accounting tasks.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
• Available to work onsite Monday to Saturday.
• Ready to start as soon as possible.

Required skills

• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
