Account Officer - Auto Loans

About the role

The Account Officer – Auto Loans will drive the origination and marketing of auto loan products, ensuring key business targets are achieved. You will act as a liaison between the bank’s branches and retail clients, supporting the growth of the auto financing portfolio. The role requires meeting monthly loan disbursement targets while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with branch managers to promote auto loan offerings.
• Negotiate loan terms and conditions with retail clients, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
• Identify and solicit target accounts, managing the full loan application and turn‑in process.
• Monitor loan performance and assist in meeting sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on loan origination metrics for senior management.
