Warehouse Supervisor – Fleet Operations

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor – Fleet Operations is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities while coordinating the daily service vehicle schedule and fleet services. This role ensures compliance with transportation policies, safety regulations, and company standards to maintain efficient and safe operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise end‑to‑end warehouse operations, monitoring inventory flow and storage.
• Track and manage the trip schedule of service vehicles, planning and implementing daily fleet activities.
• Enforce transportation‑related policies, safety rules, union contracts and government regulations.
• Ensure drivers adhere to company policies, safety measures and take disciplinary actions when required.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel costs, accident reports and other transportation data.
• Keep trucks in good aesthetic and functional condition.
• Achieve company KPI targets for operations and quality.
• Oversee route and dispatch planning, as well as booking coordination and confirmation.
• Develop reliable trucker partners and ensure full utilization of 3PL trucks.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• Experience supervising warehouse and fleet operations.
• Knowledge of transportation policies, safety regulations and union contracts.
• Ability to maintain detailed operational records and reports.
• Strong organizational skills for route planning and dispatch coordination.
