Trust & Safety Analyst – Ilocos

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Trust & Safety Analyst to join its Operations team in San Nicolas. The role focuses on quality assurance for content moderation, ensuring that user‑generated audio, video, and text meet client standards while supporting a safe online environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and improve the quality of moderation analysts on the project.
• Meet volume and quality targets for all QA audits.
• Develop deep knowledge of client processes, Service Level Agreements, and performance metrics.
• Participate in calibration sessions with clients and cross‑vendor teams.
• Handle escalations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor incidents, track resolutions, and provide real‑time notifications to front‑line agents.
• Deliver feedback, coaching, and motivation to improve analyst performance.
• Perform regular quality audits using accepted sampling standards.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in content moderation, quality assurance, or related fields.
• Strong resilience and coping skills for exposure to sensitive or graphic content.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and coaching skills.
