Travel Customer Success Agent

About the role

Goway Travel is looking for a Travel Customer Success Agent to join its team in Pasig City. You will be the first point of contact for travelers, handling phone calls, emails and ensuring reservation files are accurate. The role combines customer service with quality control in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage switchboard calls, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Respond to reception emails and provide timely assistance to customers.
• Perform quality‑control checks on reservation files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Track and update customer cases in Salesforce, maintaining up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service processes.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail for reviewing reservation documents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a willingness to assist travelers.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce for case management.
