About the role
Trip.com Group is looking for a dedicated Travel Consultant to join its 24/7 customer service team on a full‑time midnight shift. You will support corporate travelers by handling their booking inquiries across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client travel booking inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Provide exceptional service attitude while addressing travelers’ questions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients’ travel managers and travelers.
- Offer optimal travel plans and recommendations that balance cost, time, and convenience.
- Handle booking, modification, and cancellation of air tickets, hotels, car rentals, airport transfers, railways, and related services.
Required profile
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a travel management or B2B (group service) company.
- Strong understanding of the business travel industry.
- Ability to work closely with team members and business leaders to gather requirements.
- Willingness to assist clients in face‑to‑face consultations when needed.
Required skills
- Experience operating a Global Distribution System (GDS), preferably Amadeus.
