Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented with exceptional customer service abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
