Transportation Logistics Manager

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Transportation Logistics Manager to lead the productivity, safety and efficiency of its logistics operations. The role ensures customer requirements are met on time and cost‑effectively while adhering to GMP, GHP and SOP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve operational KPIs defined in the Business Plan or contractual agreements.
• Analyse KPI reports, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct financial performance reviews and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with principal representatives.
• Maintain and develop relationships with third‑party transport and manpower providers.
• Drive continuous process improvements across transportation and quality management systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics or transportation operations management.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret KPI and financial data.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing third‑party service providers.
• Knowledge of GMP, GHP and SOP compliance requirements.
